Petite Joy Bakes is started from my simple dream of baking a birthday cake for my daughter’s first birthday.
From there, I see cakes and desserts more than just food in parties and celebrations. The cake and desserts are like the centerpiece of the party, which can leave a deep impression on you and your guests. Thus, I work towards tasty and beautiful customised cakes & desserts for your celebrations, because everyone is special & unique – so are cakes & parties!
Here at Petite Joy Bakes, we minimise the use of additives (eg. sponge emulsifier, stabiliser, preservatives) wherever possible, unless otherwise stated. This is because we believe that only the best ingredients will produce delicious desserts with great flavors.
We support local companies for basic ingredients wherever possible, such as unbleached flour, eggs, sugar. Other quality ingredients such as our favourite Madagascar vanilla extract, as well as other premium extracts from Nielsen-Massey, AOP French butter, Valrhona chocolate and aluminum-free baking powder.
Our cakes emphasize on flavors and textures. We also love using colorful imported sprinkles – how apt for joyful celebrations! You can expect contrast in textures in the cake layers, together with fresh, light and smooth flavors.
Celebration cakes, other being tasty, have to look great as a centerpiece in the party. We truly understand that, thus we handcraft fondant decorations with patience and dedication to bring out the theme that you have in mind.
